The short version
- Our tools run entirely in your browser. What you type into a calculator or builder is not sent to us.
- We don't use advertising cookies or analytics cookies at this time.
- Like almost every website, our servers keep basic technical logs for security and reliability.
Information we don't collect
Numbers, subject lines, URLs and other inputs you enter in our tools are processed by JavaScript on your device. They are not transmitted to our servers, and we have no way to see them. If you reload the page, they're gone.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, your browser sends standard request information, which may be recorded in server logs:
- IP address
- Date and time of the request
- The page requested and the referring page
- Browser and device type (user agent)
We use these logs only to keep the site secure and working (for example, to detect abuse or fix errors). Logs are deleted automatically on a rolling basis, typically within 14 days. We do not sell this information or use it to build profiles.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare to deliver the site quickly and protect it from attacks. Cloudflare processes request data on our behalf as described in its own privacy policy. Our web server is operated on a hosting provider's infrastructure.
Links to other websites
Our pages link to other websites, including email software providers. Some of these may be affiliate links (see our Affiliate Disclosure). When you click a link and leave our site, the other site's privacy policy applies, and it may set its own cookies to track the referral.
Contacting us by email
If you email us, we'll use your address and message only to reply. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, California or the European Economic Area), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information about you. Because we collect very little, there's usually little to provide — but you can contact us at [email protected] and we'll respond.
Children
This site is intended for adults running businesses and newsletters. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we add analytics, advertising or new features that change what we collect, we'll update this page first and change the date above.
